Colourwork creations

 I went looking through my handspun stash today and I have enough to start practising some colourwork knitting that I want to do.

I want to try stranded colourwork patterns either made up by me or just free ones online.

I usually just do stripes on my beanies but this year its time to see if I can get a bit more creative.

I love the look of fairisle knitting and I'm up for a challenge!

I'm going to sell these beanies at the A/S Beanie festival this year and Ill make some to sell at my local community craft cooperative here in town.

Targhee top I spun and some finn/ romney/corridale fleece I spun and dyed.

These are my natural grey/black and brown/grey finn, romney corridale fleece handspun and some denium blue Merino/nylon handspun 

These are my natural handspun tan finn/romney/corridale x moorit ..some dark grey finn/romney x corridale the assorted brown leaf colour handspun yarn is my dyed merino/nylon and the leafy green is my dyed superwash merino nylon
