Colours: White, black, grey, occasionally brown.
Feel in hand: its a weird rough sponge soft , sort of like fibre fill but feels nice.
Fibre prep: Just strip it and spin it.
Smell: A pretty clean smell, hardly smells sheepy.
Fibre uses: I'd knit next to skin items but apparently its good for sweaters and textured knits as it shows stitch definition well. It felts easily.
Historical Facts: From Finland. Finn sheep can have up to 9 lambs born at a time!
Next to skin feel: Only the tiniest prickly near my neck skin but feels really nice on my arms, face etc.
Fibre Luster: not super shiny but a nice haze.
Staple length: 3" to 6"
Microns: 22 - 33
