P I N K

 I dont usually do yarns that people request but this time I made an exception as the lady I'm making it for has previously bought many of my yarns.. 

She wants various pinks and a thick 2ply art yarn style so last night I got out the electric carder and some Merino fleece I dyed and have been having a play.. 

I put some sari silk top and some sparkle in with the fleece when I carded it. I'm spinning it just as it comes no smooth drafting and this way when I ply it it will have a nice chunky look but will still be butter soft because of the merino..

I've also dyed up some BFL and Cheviot Superwash in pinks today and when its dry tomorrow Ill spin it as a chunky single and ply it with some pink nylon thread to give it a more art yarn style.
